Ordering

When will my order ship?
Orders ship from Niagara Falls within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in Canada. We're not shipping outside Canada yet — drop us an email if you'd like that to change.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If we haven't shipped yet, yes — email [email protected] right away with your order number. Once it's with Canada Post we can't recall it.

I have a question about my order — who do I talk to?
Email [email protected]. We reply within 48 business hours.

Are taxes included?
Sales tax (HST/GST) is calculated at checkout based on your Canadian province.

Shipping & Pickup

How long will it take to arrive?
Once shipped, Canada Post typically delivers in 2–7 business days within Canada — faster in Ontario, slower out west or to the territories. Tracking lets you watch its progress.

How much does shipping cost?
Flat CA$12 across Canada. Free on orders over CA$75.

Can I pick up in person?
Yes — local pickup is available in Niagara Falls. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you a pickup time.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?
Email [email protected] immediately. If we haven't packed your order yet we'll fix it. Once shipped, we can't reroute through Canada Post.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — please look closely at photos and dimensions before ordering. If something doesn't feel right, ask us first.

What if my piece arrives damaged or broken?
Ceramics are fragile and Canada Post isn't always gentle. Email us a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

About the Pieces

Are the pieces hand-painted?
The pieces are illustrated and decorated to a high standard but they're produced in small batches, not hand-painted to order. Tiny variations between pieces — slight differences in glaze, brush strokes, or rim — are part of the character.

Are they food-safe / dishwasher-safe?
Most pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe — check the details listed on each product. A few (glassware with applied details, lidded bowls with glaze on the lid) are hand-wash recommended.

Do you restock pieces that sell out?
Sometimes. Pieces are curated in small batches, so when something's gone it's often gone for good. Sign up for the newsletter and we'll let you know if a favourite returns.
