By placing an order on kiln-ny.com, you agree to the terms below. We've tried to keep them human.

About us

kiln-ny is a small ceramics shop based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Contact: [email protected].

Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a piece is mislabelled, mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless noted.
• We currently ship within Canada only.

Pricing & availability

We curate in small batches. Quantities are limited. Prices may change without notice. We do our best to keep stock indicators accurate, but if a piece sells out between page-load and checkout, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping

Ships from Niagara Falls within 2–3 business days. Flat CA$12 across Canada — free on orders over CA$75. Local pickup available in Niagara Falls. Delivery times depend on Canada Post; typical: 2–7 business days.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Helcim, a Canadian payment provider. Your card details never reach our servers. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted.

Use of the site

Don't try to break, scrape, hack, or misuse the site. Don't use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts or refuse orders that do.

Intellectual property

The kiln-ny name, logo, product names, descriptions, and curation are ours. The product photographs are licensed from our suppliers. Don't copy or repurpose them without permission.

Liability

We do our best to describe pieces accurately, but ceramics vary slightly between batches. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
